CIPL was founded in 1995 by Manoj Jain as “Comprehensive IT Elucidation,” originally established as Crux Software Consultants, a privately held software development firm. In 1997, the company was incorporated as a Private Limited entity. Over the years, CIPL has specialized in delivering services such as Software Development, e-Commerce Solutions, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. Renowned for its commitment to quality, reliability, innovation, and excellence, CIPL has built a strong reputation in the IT industry. The company’s global headquarters is strategically located in the capital of India—Delhi.

During the 1995s, CIPL devoted its resources to develop “Loan Management System” application that had been used in the Nationalized Banks of India and Co-operative Banks.

In 1996-2000, CIPL joined hands with Onward Group to provide GL(General Ledger) application for every Nationalised Bank of India – which is mandatory for every Nationalised Bank and their respective branches.

In the same tenure, CIPL worked with Professor Richard Kass from Stanford University for correction and development of “Streams Analytic Software”. This changed CIPL from a one-product company and opened the doors to even more innovative product development.

In 1998, another milestone was achieved while launched First-ever TRUE Windows based softwares in India – RELAX (A Complete Business Accounting Software), SMS (School Management System) and EXPORT MASTER (A Complete Export Documentation Software).

In 2000, CIPL invented “IP-Location Tracking” Technology and implemented in many E-Commerce websites.

From 2004-2008, CIPL joined hands a US based company in Innovation of Federated Search Engine – which allows users to search multiple library resources—such as databases, catalogs, and electronic collections—through a single search interface. It simplifies research by delivering unified, authoritative results without requiring users to know individual databases. While commonly used in large institutions, it can also benefit school libraries by helping students easily access relevant information from various sources.

In 2008, CIPL embarked on an ambitious research and development of a new technology called “Mobile Claim Management System” for Insurance Sector of India. Formally, incorporated KEN SECURE (General Insurance Converged Service Providers) and launched in early 2009. We were providing services to all General Insurance Companies for their Pre-Inspection requirements through this system. Invented the technology for ‘Uploading Images to Online Server‘ — a pioneering innovation introduced in 2009, recognized as the first of its kind in India and worldwide.

In 2010, CIPL launched First-ever Online eTDS Software – which helps companies to files their TDS returns to Indian Govt.

In 2011, CIPL was engaged in Vehicle Tracking System – for a fleet management of vehicles using GPS, GPRS, LBS.

In 2012-2014, CIPL was engaged in Development of Online Society Management System – for Societies or Condominium – to ease their Daily / Weekly/ Monthly / Yearly work. This Web Application is useful to any kind of Society or Condominium in India or Abroad.

In 2016, CIPL created and developed Emergency Caller GPS Personal Tracker ID Card for Students, Staff, Security Guards with Real Time tracking, SMS and SOS calling.

From 2000-till date, CIPL is engaged in E-Commerce Portal development. We launched First Indian e-Commerce Website – www.dkpd.com – integrated with Pay-seal payment gateway. We built our own CMS because of which our customers find it very easy to get their customisation done.

Since 2009, CIPL has been developing and managing a customized ERP solution for fast-food chains, including Slice of Italy—a Delhi-based fast-food restaurant chain. The solution also integrates their e-commerce website for streamlined operations and customer engagement.

Since 2014, CIPL has been developing and enhancing a Sales Resource Management System designed for manufacturers and publishers. The platform enables product promotion across India while efficiently managing the daily activities and performance of their sales teams.

Since 2015, CIPL has been creating and managing customized ERP solutions for manufacturing industries across India, streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency.

Since 2017, CIPL has been providing comprehensive web-based solutions for schools, covering all aspects of their daily activities. The platform, other than general features, includes features such as timetables, sample papers, holiday homework, and exam results (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual), ensuring seamless communication and academic management.

Since 2018, CIPL has been developing and managing a specialized portal for industrial tools and equipment. Initially designed as a dedicated platform to showcase products, it is now being enhanced and scaled into a full-fledged marketplace. This marketplace enables manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to list their products, while allowing buyers to compare, order, and manage procurement seamlessly. The solution supports catalog management, secure transactions, order tracking, and vendor management—creating a robust digital ecosystem for the industrial sector.

In 2019, CIPL incorporated Soormas Digital as its dedicated digital marketing agency to help businesses leverage the power of digital channels. Through Soormas Digital, CIPL provides end-to-end digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), email campaigns, and online reputation management.
